Term of Service

A. Designing & programming:

-  A minimum down payment of 50% is required upon signing & confirming the project.
- The customer shall provide all text, logos, photographs, graphic design elements, and product information that will be appearing on the website.
- Maximum no. of pictures per page is between 10-15 pictures each. (This applied on the static websites only).
- All information on your website will be with your prior approval.
- We allow the client to modify the design 3 times after those extra changes we will charged for each extra 3 changes BD.40.  
- All the sensitive data in our programming are encrypted and cannot be decrypted which makes our programming very secure & professional.
-  Unless otherwise agreed or part of a basic hosting package, it is up to the customer to select a hosting company that can support the web program used and will host their website. It should be understood that all agreements with Internet Solutions (domain name) and / or the hosting company shall be between the customer and those agencies, & we cannot be held responsible should problems arise.
- After the website is submitted to you we will teach one of your staff to use the control panel, after that we will give 3 months for technical assistance through our client area than we are not responsible of the website except if there is any technical error in the programming from our side.
- After the 3 months, in case if you needed any technical assistance regarding the website we have done call to specify the type of assistance and its period & price.

B. Web & Email Hosting

- The client will get a free web hosting support while he is hosting his website with us.
- Full payment for the web hosting is required before opening or renewing the service.
- When the service is opened or renewed the payment will be not refundable.
- Delay fee of BD.5 will be charge after 10 days of the web hosting expiration date.
- Expired web hosting account will be deleted within 30 days after the expired date.
- Your use of web hosting service is at your sole risk. Our backup service is ran on Sunday of each week, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. Wide Technology is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Wide Technology servers.
- We offer a special daily backup as a paid service please as a sale executive for the price.
- Our Web hosting server is located in Texas, The United States of America.  Therefore all hosting packages provided by Wide Technology may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of Florida, the State of Texas, and the United States of America apply.
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wide Technology from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
 

C. Domain names

- The client will get a free domain name support while his domain with us.
- When the service is opened or renewed the payment will be not refundable.
- Delay fee of BD.40 will be charge after 35 days of the domain expiration date.
- Expired domain names will be deleted within 50 days after the expired date.

D. Help & support

- We offer support via online ticket system through our website (Client Area) as it is the practical way for support.
- We do not go to the client office in the support period & any visit requested by the client will be charged BD.10 hourly.
- Phone calls can be used only for sales calls or general queries.
